Therapy is for anyone. It is a space to address questions and concerns, to help navigate life's challenges, to explore and grow. It is a space where you get to say anything on your mind, to understand where you've been, where you are, and where you want to go, supported by a trained professional.
Ultimately therapy is a process to help you better understand how your mind and emotions work, and to use that insight to enable change.
Finding a suitable therapist can be daunting, with different models and accrediting bodies to choose from. Broadly speaking, the most reliable predictor of whether any therapy will benefit you is whether you feel an alliance with the therapist you are working with. I therefore offer a reduced-rate introductory session to help new clients decide whether I am a good fit for them.
